You will act as an internal consultant, linking sales and inventory metrics to clear strategic narratives that guide investment, pivots and growth.

Leverage data fluency to support leadership with actionable roadmaps, operational playbooks, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive commercial operations experience across OEM field, dealer operations, or wholesale distribution.
• 2+ years of navigating

Responsibilities

• Act as an Internal Consultant to understand operational priorities and advise on growth opportunities.
• Translate metrics on sales, distributor stock levels, returns, and RO cycle into strategic narratives explaining what, why, and where to steer the business next.
• Drive initiatives to optimize wholesale throughput, resolve supply chain bottlenecks, and accelerate vehicle service turnaround across the national footprint.
