Lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and advance category strategies with a focus on cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in a global manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies for Powertrain/Engine commodities.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive performance, innovation, and partnerships.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and build resilient supplier networks.
• Collaborate with MP&L, Product Development, Engineering, Finance and Legal teams.
• Monitor market trends and regulate strategies with external partners and industry groups.
• Lead category strategies for Engine commodities and resiliency planning.
• Drive purchasing discipline, dashboards, and policy compliance.
