Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Yield Management leader to drive a portfolio balancing near-term profit actions, enterprise capability building, and long-term optimizations. You will collaborate across Marketing & Sales, Brand, Product Marketing, General Management, GDI&A, Finance, and Ford Credit, leading and participating in 6- to 8-week sprints.

The role blends strategy, operations and analytics, with frequent exposure to senior leaders across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, statistics, mathematics, strategy, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management, including client-interfacing.
• Highly capable working in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a balance of near term profit actions, enterprise capabilities, and long term portfolio optimizations.
• Work cross-functionally across Marketing & Sales, Brand, Product Marketing, General Management, GDI&A, Finance, and Ford Credit.
• Lead sprint activities, typically 6-8 weeks, as sprint participant and leader.
• Communicate analysis insights and implications of sprint recommendations.
