Job summary

Young Automotive Group is actively hiring Powersports Technicians of all experience levels to join our team at the Idaho Falls location. If you're an experienced motorcycle, ATV, or UTV technician, you will work in a fast-paced, well-equipped shop and have opportunities to advance.

We provide tools, support, manufacturer training, and access to our internal training team to help you succeed and grow your skills.

Qualifications

Experience as an Automotive Technician or mechanic; ASE Certification preferred, not required.
Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and automotive technology.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides (based on experience level).
Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire work, brake service, and inspections.
Assist with diagnostics and repairs while developing technical skills (entry-level).
Work with mechanical and electrical systems using modern tools and technology.
Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and deliver a great customer experience.
