Job summary

The Young Automotive Group & Young Powersports is actively hiring Powersports Technicians of all experience levels to join our Ogden location. If you’re an experienced motorcycle, ATV, or UTV technician, this is a great opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced, well-equipped shop.

In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of powersports vehicles. We provide the tools, support, manufacturer training, and access to our internal training team, Center of Excellence,

Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred, not required.
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and automotive technology.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides (based on experience level)
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire work, brake service, and inspections
• Assist with diagnostics and repairs while developing technical skills (entry-level)
• Work with mechanical and electrical systems using modern tools and technology
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and deliver a great customer experience
