Job summary

Young Automotive Group in Ogden is hiring Powersports Technicians of all experience levels to diagnose, repair and maintain motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs in a fast-paced, well-equipped shop.

We provide tools, support, manufacturer training, and access to our internal Center of Excellence to help you grow and advance your skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Technician or mechanic (ASE Certification preferred, not required)
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and automotive technology
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides (based on experience level)
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire work, brake service, and inspections
• Assist with diagnostics and repairs while developing technical skills (entry-level)
• Work with mechanical and electrical systems using modern tools and technology
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and deliver a great customer experience
