Job summary

Youthful Powersports Morgan location within Young Automotive Group is actively hiring powersports technicians of all experience levels. We offer a fast-paced, well-equipped shop environment with opportunities to diagnose, repair and maintain motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Technician or mechanic.
• ASE Certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair processes.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire work, brakes, and inspections.
• Assist with diagnostics and repairs while developing technical skills.
• Use modern tools to service mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
