Job summary

Young Automotive Group is hiring Powersports Technicians of all experience levels for our Montana location. We offer a fast‑paced, well‑equipped shop with opportunities to diagnose and repair motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs while advancing technical skills through manufacturer training and internal support.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering a strong customer experience in a family‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Technician or mechanic (ASE Certification preferred, not required).
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and automotive technology.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side‑by‑sides (based on experience level).
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire work, brake service, and inspections.
• Assist with diagnostics and repairs while developing technical skills (entry‑level).
• Work with mechanical and electrical systems using modern tools and technology.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and deliver a great customer experience.
