Job summary

Denago Powersports is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide real-time phone support to our nationwide dealer network. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues, assist with warranty questions, and help dealers identify repair solutions while documenting cases in the CRM.

The role emphasizes staying current on product updates and service bulletins, with opportunities to grow within a fast-moving powersports company and continue working in a highly technical role

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Powersports, motorcycle, ATV/UTV, EV, automotive, marine, or small-engine background.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and diagnose systems logically.
• Strong communication skills, working directly with technicians.

Denago Powersports is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support our nationwide dealer network. This role is ideal for an experienced powersports, automotive, EV, or small-engine technician who wants to stay technical while transitioning out of daily shop work.

You'll work directly with dealer technicians to diagnose issues, identify repair solutions, assist with warranty questions, and help keep customers back on the trails.
