Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Washington state is hiring Harley Davidson Technicians to maintain and repair Harley motorcycles and other powersports vehicles. You will diagnose issues, provide accurate repair estimates, install upgrades, and verify repairs with test rides to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate from MMI or similar program, or equivalent real-world mechanical experience.
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• OEM certifications and master tech experience preferred but not required.
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools; comprehensive set preferred.
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record required for test rides.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move motorcycles up to 850 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Harley Davidson motorcycles and other powersports vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and manuals.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers.
• Install accessories and upgrades, ensuring proper fit and functionality.
• Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, services, and transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
