Timbrook Automotive Inc. is seeking a personable PowerSports Service Advisor to manage the service experience from intake to completion at our Cumberland, MD location.

You will greet customers, document concerns, schedule service, and coordinate with technicians and the parts department to keep repairs on track. Ideal candidates bring strong customer-service skills, organization, and an interest in powersports and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for service customers.
• Greet customers and accurately document service concerns.
• Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders.
• Communicate estimates, recommended repairs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide status updates and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Review and close repair orders, including processing payments.
• Promote maintenance services and upselling additional repairs when appropriate.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
