Job summary

Anderson Powersports in Reno, NV is seeking a customer-focused Powersports Service Expeditor/Advisor. The role coordinates the service process from customer check-in through final delivery, communicating with customers, technicians, and the Parts Department to ensure repairs stay on schedule and updates are provided.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, mechanically inclined, and able to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 1-3 years sales or technician experience preferred.
• 2-3 years experience as a service writer preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify service needs, and write accurate repair orders.
• Provide estimates, explain repairs, and obtain approvals.
• Monitor repair orders and coordinate workflow between technicians and Parts.
• Track and expedite parts, backorders, and delays to keep units moving.
• Communicate repair status and completion times to customers.
• Coordinate warranty, recall, maintenance, and accessory-related work.
• Review repairs with customers and coordinate pickup.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide a professional experience.
