Job summary

TW Powersports South in Whiteland, IN is seeking a friendly Service Advisor who thrives on customer interactions and loves powersports as much as we do. You’ll be the trusted voice helping customers stay informed and back on the road quickly.

You’ll greet customers, listen to their needs, coordinate with technicians, provide clear estimates, schedule work, and maintain accurate service records. This role rewards reliability, organization, and a positive attitude within a fun, hardworking team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for powersports vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or automotive/powersports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and a can-do attitude when they come in for service.
• Listen carefully to understand the customer's needs and concerns about their powersports vehicles.
• Work closely with the service technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
