North Bay Cycle & Sports is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. You will provide exceptional customer service while promoting and selling powersports products from Polaris, Honda, Suzuki and Kress.

Build relationships, understand needs, and guide customers through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate has a passion for powersports, strong communication skills, and a willingness to continually learn about products and financing options.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming dealership experience.
• Understand customer needs, intended use, budget and purchasing timeline.
• Recommend products and options that fit each customer.
• Develop strong product knowledge across Polaris, Honda, Suzuki and Kress lines.
• Maintain knowledge of models, features, pricing, promotions and financing options.
• Follow up with customers and sales leads via phone, email, and other channels.
• Build long-term relationships and grow the customer network.
• Prepare quotes and guide customers through purchasing process.
• Assist with accessories and additional products.
