Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement and acceptable driving record.
• Proven sales leadership and/or finance management experience.
• Ability to analyze sales and financial data to drive performance improvements.
• Prior Powersports Sales Manager or F&I Manager experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve unit sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Oversee the finance and insurance process to ensure a compliant customer experience.
• Ensure a professional buying experience for every customer.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
