The Powersports Sales position is focused on driving revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling powersports vehicles and related products to customers across the United States. This role requires building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance on a variety of powersports options including motorcycles, ATVs, and personal watercraft. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales process from initial customer engagement through to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role involves staying current with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and compelling information to customers. Ultimately, the goal is to exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience that fosters loyalty and repeat business.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in powersports, automotive, or related retail industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required by customer demand.
