Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline.
• Engineering experience desired, preferably in Powersports or Automotive.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Ability to interact/communicate effectively with staff/management.
• Confidentiality and integrity in handling information.
• Proficiency in FTA, FMEA, and tolerance analysis.
• Drawing/ layout skills with understanding of CAE principles.
• Ability to plan and schedule product development timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic component and system layouts for ATV/SxS prototypes using CAD.
• Communicate specifications and manufacturing control points via drawings and documents.
• Adhere to cost targets by optimizing designs and applying cost-reduction ideas.
• Create and manage individual work schedules, coordinate resources and contractors.
• Generate ideas advancing new technologies toward development applications.
• Support market quality themes and analyze root causes to inform specs.
