The role requires collaboration across teams, a focus on cost reduction through smart design, and active participation in project planning and risk assessment. Travel may be required to support program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 2+ years with degree or 8+ years applied work experience.
• Willingness to travel 1–3 times monthly; overseas travel possible.
• Proven ability to develop CAD layouts and prototype documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex component and system layouts for ATV/SxS prototype vehicles using CAD software.
• Establish cost targets and reduce costs through design optimization.
• Create and manage work schedules and coordinate resources with supervision.
• Generate high-level ideas and help mature new technologies for development applications.
• Support market quality themes and analyze root causes with problem-solving methods.
