The role involves CAD-based layout design, cost-target optimization, project scheduling, and advancing new technologies toward production, with travel and overtime as part of typical expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience with degree, or 8+ years applied work experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex component and system layouts for ATV/SxS prototypes using CAD to meet targets and manufacturing requirements.
• Establish cost targets and optimize designs to achieve targets and offset changes with cost reductions.
• Create and manage schedules, coordinate resources, and communicate project status; lead meetings as needed.
• Generate high-level ideas and build strategies to advance new technologies for development applications.
• Support market quality themes; use root-cause analysis and develop specifications as needed.
