Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. seeks a District Business Manager for Honda Powersports & Products to drive Parts & Accessories sales and enhance dealership operations across the territory. You will partner with dealers to increase profitability and customer satisfaction while expanding Honda programs.

The role requires five years in powersports, strong dealership operations knowledge, and the ability to travel overnight up to 80%. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of powersports industry experience at retail dealership or OEM level.
• Experience managing Parts and/or Service departments.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and profitability.
• Extensive powersports product knowledge and familiarity with powersports operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Parts & Accessories sales through proactive dealership visits and campaigns.
• Improve fixed operations profitability and customer satisfaction at dealerships.
• Increase HPP sales penetration and Service Operations Training enrollment.
• Support dealer network development, administration, orientation, and training.
• Conduct regular dealership visits to top-performing and strategic dealers.
• Analyze dealership performance to identify opportunities for Parts and Service improvements.
• Develop and monitor action plans using the PDCA cycle to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with Parts, Accessories, Marketing, Development, and Honda Protection Plan teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and staff.
• Independently manage territory schedules and priorities.
