Polaris Inc. is seeking a design engineer to lead the development of powersports vehicle systems from concept through production. You will define requirements, collaborate with architects, product management, and suppliers, and ensure performance, quality, and cost objectives are met.

You will own subsystem development, drive design reviews, and support manufacturing strategies across the product lifecycle. Proficiency with Creo and Windchill is preferred, with GD&T and FMEA experience valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of design engineering experience.
• Experience with 3D CAD software is required; Creo preferred.
• Familiarity with GD&T, FMEA, and tolerance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and validation of vehicle systems from concept to production.
• Create and manage subsystem requirements, DFMEAs, and DVPRs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to meet timing and cost targets.
• Develop engineering drawings and ensure timely release of designs.
• Analyze field issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement efforts.
