Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. is seeking a PowerPlan Administrator to manage the PowerPlan cloud application and support end users across the organization.

This role collaborates with SAP S4/Hana teams and finance stakeholders to ensure accurate asset accounting and timely month-end close. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of PowerPlan Cloud experience, strong analytical skills, and solid SQL knowledge.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 4-5 years PowerPlan Cloud experience
• SAP S4 Hana PPM, PS and/or CO experience is desired
• Fixed Assets and Depreciation Accounting concepts
• Regulated Utility Accounting concepts: FERC, NARUC
• Effective writing and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Adaptability and Continuous learning
• Capability to work under pressure and mitigate challenges
• SQL knowledge

Mansioni

• Ensure the seamless operation of the PowerPlan application while optimizing the system’s functionality
• Monitor system performance and mitigate issues to minimize risks
• Support in optimizing SAP S4/Hana and PowerPlan compatibility
• Lead troubleshooting, analysis and root cause identification of incidents
• Coordinate system security reviews and outages
• Perform Month End close coordination and PowerPlan application closing tasks
