Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards; conduct audits and follow-up.
• Provide leadership to hourly employees and coordinate 24/7 powerhouse operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance, planners, and schedulers to prioritize maintenance.
• Train and develop staff while maintaining a safe, respectful work environment.
• Oversee steam generation, compressed air, and water treatment systems; troubleshoot issues.
