Qualifications

Requires minimum 2 years in heavy industrial, manufacturing, power gen, utilities, or military environments.
Willing to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation.
Able to work in hot dusty environments and perform physical tasks.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to databases.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards; conduct audits and follow-up activities.
Provide leadership to hourly employees and uphold safe work practices.
Monitor operating conditions and coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
Schedule, supervise, and lead hourly operating and maintenance personnel.
Coordinate with maintenance planners and schedulers for priority work.
Train and develop employees; foster safety, teamwork, and excellence.
Oversee safe operation of powerhouse equipment and utility systems.
Investigate and troubleshoot utility issues to maintain reliability.
