Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by winning and developing major customers in the Powered Access sector. The role involves regionally focusing on sales channels, collaborating with procurement and marketing, and expanding market share through strategic value propositions.

You will optimize revenue through multiple channels, build training programs for product knowledge and safety, and work with the National accounts team to improve share of wallet

Qualifications

• Significant sales experience with large customers in the Powered Access industry
• Experience in account management or sales leadership
• Tender and bid writing experience with profitability focus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate across procurement, tenders, marketing and sales teams

Responsibilities

• Create and implement performance management processes for the PA Sales community
• Develop a regional project and portfolio pipeline to drive new business growth
• Collaborate with National accounts to increase share of wallet for Powered Access
• Lead sales and marketing strategies leveraging Sunbelt Rentals solutions for working at height
• Coordinate training programs to increase product knowledge and safety awareness
• Align campaigns with new products and collateral with Marketing
• Identify new markets and underpenetrated sectors and build strategies
• Develop pricing governance, discounting, and ROI improvements
• Promote cross-selling across Sunbelt Rentals divisions
