Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Branch Manager to lead a multi-million dollar revenue business with entrepreneurial, empowering work culture. You will oversee Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics, driving profitability and growth.

The role requires leadership, P&L understanding, and the ability to build a high-performing team, with a path toward multi-unit or sales leadership tracks. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Education or experience that prepares you for success: Business Management degree with at least 1 year of Rental Industry experience OR 3-4 years of Rental Industry experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record history.

Responsibilities

• Have overall responsibility for the performance of a multi-million dollar revenue business.
• Lead all aspects of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics, including achievement of financial and performance goals.
• Direct unit operational and financial reporting functions.
• Manage a multi-unit or sales leadership career track growth.
