Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Regional Manager to drive growth and profitability across an assigned territory while leading and motivating a team. You will ensure customer satisfaction and optimize operations, reporting to senior leadership.

The role requires up to 75% travel and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field (or equivalent) plus 3–5 years of district-level sales leadership and 2 years in sales. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of district level experience plus 2 years of Sales experience.
• Excellent leadership, motivational and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop subordinates.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans outlining steps to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Review Profit and Loss reports and adjust strategy to improve operations.
• Develop regional structure to meet customer needs and growth objectives.
• Lead Store Managers to maximize profits with fleet mix, pricing, and maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with management to execute programs and respond to business changes.
• Design and implement operational and sales-driven processes to deliver results.
• Execute market plans to achieve maximum sales and profit potential.
• Create strategic plans aligned with long-term objectives.
• Identify industry and market trends and capitalize on them.
• Lead sales forecasting and development activities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by partnering with management and staff.
