Job summary

General Motors is seeking a System Integration Validation Engineer to lead end-to-end validation of Power Moding and Vehicle State systems within the Access and Security domain across programs and regions. You will own validation readiness, plan and execute tests, document evidence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
2+ years of engineering experience in vehicle systems, validation, integration and testing.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience with validation strategies and test planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate stakeholder needs into test objectives and executable cases.
Develop and maintain validation plans and traceability.
Plan, schedule and execute tests on benches, hardware-in-the-loop, and vehicles.
Support readiness, compliance, and evidence packages for audits and regulatory needs.
Collaborate across functions to resolve issues and support launch.
