GFT is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Power Delivery Practice in Valley Forge, PA. You will lead diverse design teams, mentor staff, and drive high-quality project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires extensive experience in power/utility projects, excellent communications, and the ability to develop growth strategies, budgets, and governance. Hybrid work option and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• PE license or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years experience in power/utility project delivery.
• Familiarity with program project types and requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead diverse design teams and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the program.
• Build relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Develop proposals and responses to expand engagements.
• Track industry trends and funding opportunities.
• Lead multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resources.
• Oversee KPI tracking, backlog, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and recruit staff to grow the program.
• Manage P&L and annual growth plans.
• Communicate with leadership through status updates.
