Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years related engineering experience.
• Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• 8 years related engineering experience, 4 in supervisory/managerial capacity.
• Knowledge of NERC/ ERCOT/ FERC/ TX PUC standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and maintenance of design standards and project planning.
• Manages projects/programs to support system reliability and asset expansion.
• Develops staff through training plans and technical leadership.
• Monitors regulatory compliance with AE, ERCOT, NERC requirements; manages budgets.
