Job summary

SGB-SMIT USA is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Inspector to join our transformer production team in Oklahoma City. You will perform incoming inspections, teardown and core/coil inspections, and help ensure product quality for critical energy infrastructure.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years manufacturing experience, ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, and willingness to work in a dynamic, intercultural environment alongside dedicated

• 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Complete a satisfactory nationwide criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of Transformer.
• Perform teardown and inspection of core and coil assembly.
• Load coils onto core and yoke core form or stack shell form.
• Repair, stack, and re-insulate cores as required.
• Perform jacking of core blocking and insulation.
