You will partner with HR, hiring managers, and leaders to build teams aligned with our strategic priorities and behaviors, delivering high-caliber engineers and program managers across functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in both corporate and third-party environments.
• Experience recruiting for power/engineering domains.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for the Power Business Unit.
• Collaborate with HR partners and Power BU leadership on recruiting strategies.
• Develop and implement recruiting programs to meet business goals.
• Drive data-driven recruiting with metrics and trends.
