Job summary

Buckeye Power Sales in Illinois is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to ensure safe, efficient operation of the warehouse for our power systems division. You will manage stock, handle shipping and receiving, and assist with maintenance and equipment movement.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication. We offer a competitive pay package, day shifts with overtime potential, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to meet and maintain insurance criteria.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Forklift experience preferred (1+ year).
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Generator experience preferred.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Able to work unsupervised and independently.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) data entry.

Responsibilities

• Efficient, effective, safe, and economical use of company time and equipment
• Managing warehouse including organization, material handling, shipping and receiving
• Safe delivery and pick up of rental generator units; parts deliveries, whole goods
• General building maintenance
• Managing stock control: receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system.
• Processing required paperwork in a timely and complete manner
• Responsible for the care, cleanliness and upkeep of truck maintenance
• Performing preventative maintenance & repairs on rental power generation equipment
• Making sure that products move efficiently from storage to the point of sale/use
