Job summary

Buckeye Power Sales is seeking a Parts Administrator for our Power Systems Division in Indiana. You will manage selling and customer service/parts activities to optimize sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, managing inventory, coordinating with sales, service, purchasing, and warehouse operations, and ensuring parts availability from multiple sources at best pricing. Salary is based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 yrs parts, warehouse, or retail experience desired; inventory experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
• Computer skills to include MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), data entry.
• Must pass background check and periodic drug screens.

• Managing parts and inventory; submitting purchase requests; approving department expenses.

• Assuring parts availability through multiple sources, securing best pricing.
• Coordinating efforts of sales, service, purchasing, and warehouse operations.
• Shipping and receiving of parts and equipment.
• Providing recommendations and developing strategies on how to improve quality and quantity of services provided.
• Seeking and continuously developing knowledge about competitor activity, pricing, and tactics.
