Qualifications

• Associate Degree required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or field experience.
• Experience in electrical power systems preferred.
• Candidates must already have authorization to work in the US.

Responsabilités

• Oversees all testing activities for power systems including switchgear, circuit breakers, protective relays, and electrical distribution equipment.
• Manages Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers, ensuring professional execution and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures 100% completion of testing processes according to established procedures and schedules.
• Leads, supervises, and develops a team of electrical testers and test technicians.
• Assigns work, monitors performance, and ensures team productivity and quality standards.
• Acts as the primary authority for electrical safety in all testing operations.
• Collaborates with Manufacturing to align testing with production schedules.
