This onsite role reports to the Quality Supervisor and focuses on ensuring product quality through electrical testing of transformers while maintaining safety standards and multitasking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of manufacturing experience.
• General understanding of electrical principles and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Train and evaluate new testers.
• Develop and refine detailed testing work instructions.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in testing procedures.
• Onsite work in Pinetops, NC; occasional off-shift coverage.
• Manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
