Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Oversee all testing activities for power systems including switchgear, circuit breakers, protective relays, and electrical distribution equipment.
• Manage FATs with customers, ensuring professional execution and satisfaction.
• Ensure 100% completion of testing processes according to procedures and schedules.
• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of testers and test technicians.
• Assign work, monitor performance, and maintain productivity and quality.
• Serve as the primary authority for electrical safety in testing operations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to align testing with production schedules.
