Job summary

Altorfer Industries Inc. seeks a Technician Training and Development Manager to design accelerated onboarding, create an EPG-focused curriculum, and collaborate with service leaders to expand technician capabilities across multiple locations.

The role includes coordinating logistics, tracking progress, and integrating safety and compliance into programs. Reporting to the Director of Product Support, you will lead curriculum development, training coordination, and development tracking, with

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in technical education, workforce development, adult learning, diesel or power generation technology, or related field.
Minimum of five years of relevant experience in technical training, technician development, service operations, or related technical environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and launch onboarding programs with mentoring, field experience, and progress reviews.
Create an EPG-centered curriculum with classroom, online, and hands-on learning foundations.
Coordinate training logistics with service leaders and HR across locations.
Maintain development records and coordinate progress reviews and assessments.
