Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in technical training or technician development.
• Experience coordinating structured learning programs and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch accelerated onboarding with mentoring and progress reviews.
• Create an EPG-centered curriculum combining classroom, online, and hands-on learning.
• Partner with managers to design pathways for training on ~3 MW generator sets and related equipment.
• Assess training needs using performance data and customer requirements.
• Coordinate progress reviews, records, and advancement criteria across locations.
• Manage training calendars, LMS data, and program budgets.
