Job summary

Ring Power Corporation, a Caterpillar dealer, is seeking an experienced professional to lead safety-focused operations across field and shop environments in Florida. You will mentor technicians, conduct audits, and drive issue resolution with OEM support, ensuring quality and compliance.

You will also guide teams, perform analyses, and develop best practices to improve efficiency and safety, while maintaining strong cross-functional communication with leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• Formal Education - High School diploma or GED
• Experience 7 or more years
• Valid Drivers License
• Completed all required Technical Communicator training
• Well versed in Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Maintains communication between dealership and Caterpillar regarding equipment technical issues and advises management on product development issues.
• Provides technical information for technicians or customers needing assistance in solving technical issues and monitors warranty bulletin updates.
• Trains and mentors others in department and may temporarily assume Supervisors position.
• Provides expert counsel on technical/product issues and uses Dealer Solution Network to resolve issues with OEM.
• Attends training sessions and shares knowledge with others in the department.
