Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts all assigned work safely, following environmental and contamination control policies.
• Maintains communication between dealership and Caterpillar on equipment issues.
• Provides technical information to technicians or customers needing assistance.
• Trains and mentors staff; may assume Supervisors position temporarily.
• Performs Field/Shop Audits and Failure Analysis Investigations with unbiased reports.
• Completes special projects promptly and pursues safety/quality improvements.
• Guides and mentors others in the department and resolves product issues with OEM.
• Attends training and participates in knowledge updating.
