Job summary

Ring Power Corporation seeks a seasoned leader to supervise Product Support Sales Reps and Service Branch Managers across its Florida territory. You will align with corporate goals, coach staff and manage performance, ensuring safety and compliance while driving customer satisfaction.

You will develop service and parts sales budgets, monitor revenues and costs, and collaborate with Caterpillar representatives to implement programs that grow the dealer's market share.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Service Operations & Sales.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Product Support Sales Reps & Service Branch Managers.
• Develop Service and Parts sales budgets for Territory service/sales force.
• Ensure the profitable and sustainable operation of the service department.
• Review revenues, costs and accounts receivable to evaluate performance.
