Job summary

Schneider Electric Consulting Services leads power system studies, assessments, and design packages for electrical distribution systems. The Studies Lead Engineer acts as the primary client-facing expert in the aligned territory, delivering fault, coordination, arc flash, and load flow studies while collaborating with Sales, Channel Partners, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of relevant experience with a Professional Engineer licensure preferred and strong written and verbal

Qualifications

• Understanding power system studies – fault, coordination, arc flash, and load flow.
• 3+ years of relevant experience; Professional Engineer licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Face of Consulting for studies in the aligned territory and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Develop and nurture relationships with Sales Teams, Channel Partners, and key customers.
• Support pre-bid studies activities to help Sales win and de-risk equipment orders.
• Coordinate with project teams and engineers to improve study delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Visit sites as needed and participate in customer calls and meetings.
