Lead and deliver electrical studies projects for utility, industrial, and commercial clients, covering generation facilities, substations, and transmission and distribution systems. Coordinate and approve complex design work, maintain client relationships, support proposals and business development, and mentor project team members.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, at least 12 years of relevant electrical engineering experience, and a Professional Engineer license or equivalent. Candidates should demonstrate advanced electrical engineering expertise, independent project leadership, strong QA/QC practices, and the ability to communicate technical issues and guide team members; a master's degree and experience with relevant study software are preferred.
