Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Studies Engineer to independently perform and lead power systems studies using PSLF, PSS/E, and Power World in a demanding T&D environment.

You will develop proposals, lead data-driven analyses, and present findings to customers, while mentoring teammates and managing project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BSEE, MS/ME or PhD in electrical engineering with power emphasis and 7+ years of experience.
• Strong skills in power systems studies and modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct load flow, transient stability, and related power system studies.
• Develop proposals in response to customer specifications and RFPs.
• Lead data analysis and visualization for system studies.
• Prepare and present technical reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive project plans and budgets.
