Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Electric Power field service operations and West Sacramento shop operations.
• Directly supervise supervisory personnel and support development and performance.
• Oversee operational execution of Prime Power, Gas Compression, AES, major overhauls and repairs.
• Serve as the primary operational leader for projects including resource planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate resources with Service Supervisors, Sales, Parts, and other departments.
• Lead safety planning, job hazard assessments, and site-specific risk reviews.
