Job summary

Holt of California is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee Electric Power field service operations and the West Sacramento shop. You will drive performance, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage safety, scheduling, and project execution.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a focus on continuous improvement to support growth of the Power Systems division. California driver license and safety certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, direction, and accountability for Electric Power field service operations and West Sacramento shop operations.
Directly supervise assigned supervisory personnel and support their development, performance, and operational effectiveness.
Oversee operational execution of Prime Power service, Gas Compression service, AES, major overhauls, and large customer repairs.
Coordinate resources with Service Supervisors, Technical Communicators, Service Administration, Sales, Rental, Parts, and other departments.
Coordinate project-specific safety planning activities including job hazard assessments and required certifications.
Monitor labor utilization, work order performance, and profitability to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Identify and develop service opportunities in conjunction with service and project activities.
Implement technician development programs including apprenticeship and trainee programs.
