Job summary

City Light & Power, Inc. is hiring a Project Engineer to oversee the planning and execution of electrical power system upgrades, including substations and distribution systems.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, and familiarity with power system analysis tools. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure project success while adhering to industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical power system project engineering roles.
• Experience with substation and/or distribution system design and upgrade projects.
• Familiarity with power system analysis tools (e.g., ETAP, SKM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and design of substation, distribution, energy/microgrid, and SCADA projects.
• Support all phases of project execution from planning through commissioning.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
