Job summary

City Light & Power, Inc is seeking an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to lead a team responsible for planning, design, construction, operations, and maintenance of electrical distribution systems for clients.

The role requires a BSEE, PE license, 8+ years in the electric utility industry, and expertise in power system analysis and substation design. It offers a hybrid work model, extensive client interfaces, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on power systems.
• PE license is required.
• Minimum eight years in the electric utility industry.
• Experience with substation design, protection coordination, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, construction, and maintenance of electrical distribution systems.
• Oversee an engineering team responsible for specifications, drawings, BOMs and related docs.
• Provide technical input for cost estimates and schedules for large-scale projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure customer interfaces and RFIs are addressed.
