Job summary

Wyoming Machinery Company Energy Solutions is seeking a Project Application Engineer to support engineering projects and selling objectives in Wyoming. Role involves project management, engineering analysis, and coordination with Caterpillar and vendors to ensure successful completion of power systems projects.

The position requires a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, knowledge of engines, generators, PV solar and BESS, and experience with design software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of engines, generators, PV and energy storage.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply installation and application of energy systems equipment and projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, procurement, construction, and customers throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop schedules, manage submittals, and track project costs and progress.
• Prepare GA drawings, equipment footprints, P&ID, and related technical documents for submittals.
